This is my first attempt to send out an update via my new site, rather than mass emails. The choice to go this way was two-fold. First, it would allow users to unsubscribe and, secondly, allow me to send updates to everyone at one time rather than multiple emails from my personal account (which you're more than welcome to use by-the-way).
MY FATHER'S PASSING
So, first thing, my father passed recently - December 8th. I won't go into personal details about it but the obituary can be found here. His wish was to be cremated however the date for the memorial service has yet to be announced by his wife. Therefore, I am going to have to obtain last-minute airfare as well as possible road transportation back depending upon what I may be allowed to keep. Thusly, I have created an auction to help with expenses. You can bid on items, or make donations if you are in a position to do so, here. I have some really cool items up for bid and will answer any questions you may have via email.
MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Secondly, I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas to those that celebrate it and a Joyous Holiday to those that, perhaps, don't. This has been a big year for me in the creation of this new web site and I have so much to be thankful for - mainly you, my customers. I received a really nice compliment the other day that just made my heart melt.

With the creation of the new web site, a testimonials and review option was created. If you have time, I would ask that you post something if you have the desire. I will not restrict postings to just positive - thus, if you have something to critique, please go ahead. I want to be very up front with people regarding my business.
WHAT'S COMING
What's great about my new site is the "Upcoming Releases" section. I'll have to be forthright, however, in that most of this will not begin until my "Black Friday" sale orders have been fulfilled. I have been working around the clock, 7-days-a-week, to get these fulfilled. I did send out an email requesting anyone that had purchased their inserts for Christmas gifts to please let me know so I did prioritize them. However, our family is not travelling anywhere during the holiday and each day will be spent, hard at work, fulfilling orders. I am going to do my very best to obtain Kickstarter pieces for Blood Rage and make that my first new insert for 2016!!
IN CONCLUSION
All I can really say is thank you. Thank you so much for all the comments, the suggestions, the orders - your continued patronage! I am a very lucky man to be part of such an endearing community. My philosophy, when I started this venture, was to treat every customer - every order - as if I had been placing it and to treat people with the same dignity and respect that I would hope to get from a purchase.
