The real art behind Rob's designs is how easy they make setup and gameplay! I've seen Rob call some of his inserts "storage systems" and that is truly what they are. Incredibly well designed and produced, I really can't say enough good things about them (or Rob!) I've purchased four total, so far, and I have been floored by the care and detail that went every single one. They are flawlessly made and ridiculous strong--no matter how I store my games, or what happens to do them during transport, the pieces stay exactly where they are supposed to! Having spent some time working with foamcore myself, I can't believe how clean and uniform each joint and edge are on all of these inserts. Not to mention how much work must have gone into the designs before they reached the Insert Here catalog.
Not only does Rob handmake every single insert to order, he has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. His honesty, accountability, and generosity are a cut above. Rob personally responds to every email and it is obvious he genuinely wants you to have a good experience with his products. When Rob was making me a Legends of Andor insert, he reached out to me. He wanted to see if I was planning to buy either of the game's newly released expansions, because he was in the process of redesigning the insert to accomodate them. When I told Rob I wasn't sure whether or not I was planning to buy them, but would be happy to wait for his re-design just in case I did, he insisted on sending me a version of the insert that incorporated BOTH designs so I could use the old version until I bought the expansions and the new version after.
