This organizer is composed of (9) different trays. Three of the trays hold the various tiles, all organized (with another tray there for possible growth). Another tray neatly organizes the swan pieces for easy placement beside the board for quick set-up. Four remaining trays exist for easy distribution of players pieces to each player. The notebook and boards fit on top of several of the trays as pictured. (Game not included)
