This insert holds all the hero pack expansions along with the Dragon expansion - however it does this by removing duplicate parts that were replaced by the expansions along with duplicate cards. The cards are not sleeved in this insert. A removable tray is used to hold the cards and a small tray used for some of the smaller bits that fits on top of a large card slot.
