This insert is simple in design. It has a side slot for the pencils that is long enough to hold longer mechanical pencils. It is also designed to hold the cards on their side so that they can be organized into five different sections. NOTE:  Because the cards are stored on their side the lid does not close entirely over the base. The lid and base fit around the insert (as pictured). (Game not included)
