This insert is designed for the original Kickstarter version of the game. It is composed of 4 different trays and will hold premium sleeved cards. Thre is one main tray with (3) removable, smaller, trays to hold the various components. The foam shown in the pictures does not come with the insert, I used that which was included in the game to help prop up cards. There is plenty of room for expansions in this insert. (Game not included)
